Four months ago, my husband was diagnosed with diabetes. His doctor immediately prescribed medication, but we decided to reach out to Ali first. He recommended making significant changes to my husband’s eating habits over the next few months.
I’ve always considered myself a “healthy eater” - I don’t eat much junk food or sweets - and I believed I maintained a healthy weight. However, not having a thyroid has made losing weight quite difficult, especially now at 69 years old. Wanting to shed a few pounds myself, I also decided to consult with Ali.
After carefully analyzing my eating routine, Ali discovered that my “healthy” habits weren’t as healthy as I thought. I was actually undereating by quite a few calories. Since following his personalized diet and exercise plan, I’ve lost 12 pounds and feel healthier, stronger, and more energetic than I have in years.

Unforeseen life changes can be tough. You think everything is fine, your diet seems okay, you exercise enough, but then the blood report comes in and tells a different story. I was shocked to learn that all my numbers were abnormal. I thought I was doing well because I’m vegetarian, but my diet was mostly carbs and fast food, with very little protein. My weight hovered between 180 and 182 lbs, I had love handles, and that “watermelon belly” had started to appear. I tried to lose the weight but didn’t know how.
When my blood report showed that I had diabetes, my doctor prescribed medication - but I decided to reach out to Dr. Ali instead. He completely transformed my nutrition plan, stayed in touch every week, and monitored my progress twice a week. Gradually, the changes became visible: my weight dropped, my belly flattened, and my love handles began to disappear.
After 90 days, I repeated my blood work and the results were amazing. My LDL cholesterol dropped from 130 to 98, and my diabetes markers improved from 7.2 to 5.9, all without medication. On top of that, my weight also dropped from 182 lbs to 165lbs! Dr. Ali has been an incredible inspiration and guide through this process. I couldn’t have done it without him.
Thanks to his help, what once felt like an unforeseen life change is now a visible transformation.

When I began working with Lauren & Ali as fitness and wellness instructors, I thought I was simply signing up for a physical transformation with the goal to get stronger, healthier, and more confident in my body. But looking back, I can see that God had so much more in store. This journey became one of a complete renewal, not just of my body, but of my mind, my confidence, and my spirit.
From the very beginning, Lauren & Ali created a space where I felt seen, encouraged, and capable. Their belief in me helped me believe in myself again. They didn’t just teach me how to train, they taught me how to show up with purpose, how to stay consistent even when it felt hard, and how to speak life over myself instead of criticism. Every session became more than a workout; it became a reminder of the strength God placed inside me.
As my body began to change, something even deeper shifted. I found myself letting go of old mindsets (the ones rooted in insecurity and comparison) and I replaced them with gratitude, discipline, and confidence. I began to understand that caring for my body is an act of worship and a way to honor the vessel God gave me.
Today, I move with confidence and joy. My body is stronger, my mindset is healthier, and my heart is more grounded in who I am in Christ. And I owe so much of that to Lauren & Ali’s guidance, encouragement, and commitment to my growth.
This journey has reminded me that transformation is never just about our outward appearance or physical body. When faith and wellness come together, God uses the process to reveal His strength within us and that’s the kind of change that makes a lasting impact.

Ali and Lauren are a real life power couple. They share a genuine passion for fitness, nutrition, and health and wellness. Individually they have a powerful testimony of how they got to where they are, but collectively they are a power house made up of equal parts experience, knowledge, and ability. They love what they do. That’s why they do it. They don’t do it for a check. They genuinely want to share what they’ve learned with the community around them.
They are honest. Ali is the guy I call when injured and don’t want to seek treatment….. I know he’ll lovingly call me a dummy and tell me the potential consequences if I continue to ignore my body. No fluff. Just how it is.
With that being said, he can do a coaching session with my wife and he’ll be the loudest voice in her head encouraging her and coaching her on her journey. Hes my brother. I love him. I trust him.
